PEDIXO accepts eligible returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging.

How to Start

Email care@pedixo.com with your order number, item, reason, and photos if the item arrived damaged.

Non-returnable Items

Used personal care tools, final sale items, and products without original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned items are inspected.
